If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties may pursue mediation before resorting to litigation or arbitration as specified in individual service agreements.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Iks Technologies Inc. regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the Last Updated date.
Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.
